2nd class recorded delivery:4.99 to UK within 7 working days.
All Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT(20%)
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Refunds & Returns:
Fabstar is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days providing the goods are in a fully resaleable condition. All the swing tickets and labels must still be attached to the returned goods and the items must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. All returns are checked before a refund is issued.We will not accept returned goods that are not in re-saleable condition.
To make a return please mail to contact@fabstar.co.uk & specify in subject whether you wish to exchange or retun, every item should be authorised before sending back. No refund will be issued unless authorised before return via email.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of buyer. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and you obtain proof of posting. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

In case of purchases made using free shipping coupons or offers £4.99 will be deducted from the refunding amount

 For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
  • Jewellery unless faulty.
